His work as a professional actor in the UK spanned fifteen years and included lead and featured roles in film and television (including Like It Is, Flyboys, Eastenders, London’s Burning, Casualty) and extensive work on stage. This lends Ian particular skill in corporate role play, creating realistic simulations of challenging conversations, and coaching behaviours that enable their effective management and positive resolution.
